- We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We also do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.
- Free Shipping offers are for standard shipping only, expedited shipping costs extra.
- Orders are often processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at support@sinfinate.com as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet started to ship. If the product is in the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Address Modification
Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, after 12 p.m. PST each day, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

We stand behind our products and we want you to feel secure knowing that we’ll work with you to resolve any issues. All Sinafinate products are covered by a limited, non-transferable warranty covering material and/or craftsmanship defects under regular use. With written notice within the applicable warranty period, Sinafinate will provide a purchase price refund after receiving and confirming the return.
This warranty does not cover product failures due to any of the following:
- Normal wear and tear, which is to be expected throughout ownership, including but not limited to: scratching, natural variations, laminate wood tabletops.
- Any abuse, misuse, or modification of the original product voids the warranty.
- Damage caused by the carrier.
- Improper storage or under exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
- Failure to apply, install, reconfigure, or maintain products according to published sinfinate planning, assembly, cleaning instructions, or user guides.
- Natural variations in wood grain due to aging or exposure to light
- Discoloration or deterioration of all surface materials due to stains or dye transfer from clothing
- Damage caused by cleaning agents
- Fabric properties include but are not limited to aging, colorfastness, shade variations, pilling, wrinkling, or abrasions.

All shelving, storages and other desks and tables purchased on our website come with a 1-year warranty.
If any defect covered by this warranty is discovered, we will repair or, at our option, replace any such defective product. If we ask, you must return the defective product to us. For warranty claims made during the first year after purchase, we will pay shipping costs for the returned product and for the replacement product; after that, you must pay the shipping costs for the replacement product and product that we ask you to return.
Our simplified product design means every part serves an integral purpose. Therefore, in order to ensure your product maintains our superior quality standards, in most cases we fully replace defective products, rather than issuing replacement parts. Note: In an effort to control quality we don’t keep inventory of discontinued items, but we will replace defective products that have been discontinued with similar products.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT SINFINATE WILL PROVIDE, EITHER UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW. At this point the wireless charging is useless. It only charges AirPods. It used to charge phones if out of the case.. not even 30 days later, it wont even charge the phones anymore. Definitely desk specific as every wireless charger we owns functions properly. Sometimes the touchpad isnt responsive. You have to tap it a few times just for it to respond. Other than that its still a pretty solid desk. I purchased mainly for the size and glass, so its still worth it
Assembly took me about 15 minutes to do by myself. 3 sets of screws with 1 extra for each set. Im 52 and not fit. I was able to flip it right side up with no assistance.
Delivery was fast. I used prime. Ordered Friday 3/4 and it arrived around 7am 3/7.
I have to remove my case for wireless charging. Which sucks because I have a super thin MagSafe case that works with every other wireless charger I own. Over all its not a big deal
Easy to initialize, the touch buttons take a few seconds to respond.
I have a 30 inch ultra wide monitor and a 13 inch MacBook Pro on a stand. They both fit on the desk by not nicely. Something to keep in mind. I may try mounting my monitor.
I have a ten keyless keyboard which fits nicely and leave room on both sides for my 11 inch iPad and mouse.
Im 52 and 39 is perfect for standing, 27.9 (lowest setting) for sitting in a standard office chair.
Box is heavy, so I opened the box in another room and carried them to their destination. Easy to open and packaged nicely.
Easy to assemble, less than 30 mins. Ordered and received a white desk. But the cords are all BLACK, also the point of having the plugs on the desk is to avoid additional cords. The cord to the desk( on the left side of the desk, and the adapter plug on the right) is separate, so you either plug the desk into the adapter ON the desk or you still have two cords to plug into the wall! Otherwise it seems like it will work fine, good memory touch controls, and phone charger works well on the desktop
Review First Day: Easy to assemble. Beautiful desk. Works like its supposed to. The one thing if I had to criticize is the power cord to lift up & down is on the left side and the power strip is on the right. Would had been smart to have both on the right. But overall satisfied.
