We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders that ship to the lower 48 U.S. states.
- We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We also do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.
- Free Shipping offers are for standard shipping only, expedited shipping costs extra.
- Orders are often processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at support@sinfinate.com as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet started to ship. If the product is in the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Address Modification
Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, after 12 p.m. PST each day, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

We stand behind our products and we want you to feel secure knowing that we’ll work with you to resolve any issues. All Sinafinate products are covered by a limited, non-transferable warranty covering material and/or craftsmanship defects under regular use. With written notice within the applicable warranty period, Sinafinate will provide a purchase price refund after receiving and confirming the return.
This warranty does not cover product failures due to any of the following:
- Normal wear and tear, which is to be expected throughout ownership, including but not limited to: scratching, natural variations, laminate wood tabletops.
- Any abuse, misuse, or modification of the original product voids the warranty.
- Damage caused by the carrier.
- Improper storage or under exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
- Failure to apply, install, reconfigure, or maintain products according to published sinfinate planning, assembly, cleaning instructions, or user guides.
- Natural variations in wood grain due to aging or exposure to light
- Discoloration or deterioration of all surface materials due to stains or dye transfer from clothing
- Damage caused by cleaning agents
- Fabric properties include but are not limited to aging, colorfastness, shade variations, pilling, wrinkling, or abrasions.

Shelvings, Storages&Others
All shelving, storages and other desks and tables purchased on our website come with a 1-year warranty.
If any defect covered by this warranty is discovered, we will repair or, at our option, replace any such defective product. If we ask, you must return the defective product to us. For warranty claims made during the first year after purchase, we will pay shipping costs for the returned product and for the replacement product; after that, you must pay the shipping costs for the replacement product and product that we ask you to return.
Our simplified product design means every part serves an integral purpose. Therefore, in order to ensure your product maintains our superior quality standards, in most cases we fully replace defective products, rather than issuing replacement parts. Note: In an effort to control quality we don’t keep inventory of discontinued items, but we will replace defective products that have been discontinued with similar products.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT SINFINATE WILL PROVIDE, EITHER UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW. SINFINATE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
